Project Manager - Wrocław

We are looking for a candidate, having beside required technical skills, successful track record in the area of IT projects delivery.
Successful candidate will manageour projectsdelivery for a Czech branch of our French customer - world leader in Digital Security, including delivery of both IT and business requirements.He/she will act as interface between Prague center and NATEK delivery centers in Krakow and Kosice.

You will be a member ofthe Prague team with full responsibility for assigned project delivery, which could include feasibility study, projectcharter, core team staffing, project execution, IT change managementand project handover upon completion.
This position offers many development opportunities in areas of leadership, project management and IT.Successful candidate will be asked to travel to France (Paris and South France) and possible travels to Middle East may occur, too.

Main Responsibilities
This position has overall project management responsibility

-Whole product lifecycle from definition, project plan setting, team work layout, supervision of development to on-time delivery
-Preparation of specifications for project team and supervising project development
-Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track, all required project documentation and relevant information is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis - Internal communication with peers (R&D France, Product Line) also outside Czech Republic
-Monitor interdependancies to other projects and early escalates any issues, which could endanger succesful delivery of the project.
-Provides decisions within agreed internal procedures to define appropriate action.
-Frequently interacts with key internal stakeholders to gain cooperation or conduct presentation on project status. Builds productive and cooperative internal/external working relationships.
-Maintaining and developing customer relationships

Profile and Experience Required
-3+ years in IT project management
-Excellent communication skills, excellent written and spoken English
-Fluent French is a big asset
-Very good negotiation and social skills, open minded and goal oriented, flexible
-Experience with management of larger scale projects (design, development, deployment)
-Knowledge of project management tools
-Experience with IT environment (J2SE & J2EE, Unix)
